Los Angeles Times reporter Noah Bierman, whose outlet had just been praised by President Trump at the 2017 CPAC conference, tweeted a photo of reporters excluded from attending the gaggle.Expanded pool and “some select invites” sure did include a lot of right wing outlets and left out major news orgs.— Adrian Carrasquillo (@Carrasquillo) February 24, 2017
CNN and the “failing” New York Times each put out statements claiming they were outraged by the “unacceptable development,” with the former positing the administration’s decision was “retaliation” for reporting “facts they don’t like.”Reporters held out of today’s White House briefing. pic.twitter.com/8uqelMjrtp— Noah Bierman (@Noahbierman) February 24, 2017
Other outlets who were not invited to the briefing include The Hill, Politico, New York Daily News, the UK’s Daily Mail, and the BBC. Reporters from media outlets considered “mainstream” who attended included, “ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, Reuters, Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal and McClatchy,” according to The Hill.AP and Time boycotted the gaggle today because of the way it was handled.— Adrian Carrasquillo (@Carrasquillo) February 24, 2017
At the CPAC conference Friday, Trump continued to slam the “dishonest,” “fake news” media, who he has named “the enemy of the American people.”Audio of today’s on-the-record but off-camera @PressSec briefing for select media: https://t.co/bglGbRL3UY— Steve Herman (@W7VOA) February 24, 2017

This illustrates how truly fortunate we are. After you're done with the first picture click on it and it will go to the next, and so on.
One of the revelations of the video, which should come as no surprise to anyone who truly believes CNN is fake news was their apparent misrepresentation of polling data.BREAKING: @Project_Veritas releases Part I of @CNN tapes at #CPAC2017 press conference. #cnnleaks pic.twitter.com/Jo6Nnsr7Og— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) February 23, 2017
Miss X: "I read a CNN poll that was taken on June 26 and 28th, and I know that the hearing for the case, the fire fighters case was on the 29th, so the poll was done right before it, and those are still the poll results we're reporting, so I asked someone in DC who does the poll results about why we hadn't updated it, and said there were a few newer polls from last week and the week before and there's CBS news polls and a Rasmussen poll, and he said we don't use Rasmussen, and I said does CNN plan to do another poll if we're only using that. He said we're not going to be doing another poll, those are the results we'll be using. So I don't see how that's reporting all sides because that poll said hold for release until Friday the 10th."Other polling data regarding Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor was also captured.
Arthur Brice: "Who did you talk with?"
Miss X: "Paul [CNN's Deputy Political Director Paul Steinhauser]."
Arthur Brice: "Yeah, he's your director. Yeah, he's pretty high up in the food chain. I agree. I think it's dishonest to use outdated information if new information shows something that is in variance with what you're reporting. It's just, it's dishonest."
Miss X: "This wasn't released until two weeks after. So can we say a newly released poll?"Richard Griffiths, who is now CNN's Vice President and Senior Editorial Director, was captured defining the role of a journalist as being to "aid the afflicted and afflict the comfortable."
Joe Sterling: "No, you can't say that. You can't say that at all. This isn't a newly released."
Miss X: "But it says newly released on Friday."
Joe Sterling: "I know, how did we write about this? Did we write a wire about this? "I don't think we stand to change how people think of her [Sotomayor]. Geez, I mean if someone picked this up it's not going to change - it's not going to change anybody's opinion."
"If we are journalists, what is our role as a journalist? What is the fundamental role as a journalist, for us to do? "Tell a story. Tell what's going on. There's a secondary corollary to that, right? Aid the afflicted and afflict the comfortable. To a degree, right? Is that not part of the traditional role of a journalist. It's actually one of the things I can be most proud of as a journalist. You know we try to show the ugly side of humanity so we can do something about it. It's hard, very hard."Then there's this little gem from former CNN News Desk Editor Joe Sterling.
If all this was not enough to wet your appetite by giving the media a taste of its own medicine, O'Keefe then offered a $10,000 award for anyone who hears or sees something unethical in a newsroom and they record it. He also said he would protect those who came to him with such evidence.Joe Sterling, once News Desk Editor @CNN admits he has a clear bias in favor of @POTUS44. Doesn't #CNN claim to be "most trusted?" #CNNLeaks pic.twitter.com/VhxeJCK1lL— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) February 23, 2017
If you are an employee in a newsroom and hear or see something unethical, record it. If it's good enough I'll pay you $10k. #cnnleaks— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) February 23, 2017
"This is the beginning of the end for the MSM," he tweeted.Have video inside a newsroom? I will go to jail to protect your name. We will defend you. Come to me. Come to us. I will protect you.— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) February 23, 2017
Now, that the footage has begun to be released, President Donald Trump who claimed the media is the enemy of the American people and specifically called CNN "very fake news," was referenced by O'Keefe in a tweet claiming that Trump replied to the revelations, "That's so cool!"I want to start exposing the media and their flaws. This is the beginning of the end for the MSM. And it starts today. @CNN— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) February 23, 2017
There's no doubt now that CNN are wetting their diapers over this footage. If their ratings weren't low enough, they are seriously about to tank.Just received confirmation that @realDonaldTrump has seen and heard about the @Project_Veritas @CNN leaks. He said "that's so cool"!— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) February 23, 2017
